Nagpur Institute Of Technology Department of Training & Placements is acting as an interface between the industry and academia. The T & P Department is providing services to the students as well as the students of other engineering institutes in terms of participation in the recruitment drives conducted at NIT Nagpur.

T&P liaisons with the industry for industrial-oriented training for a clear practical perspective of the concepts and experiential learning on the latest trends by students apart from the major aspect of providing placements. Inviting eminent personalities from Government, Business, and Academia to address students to enrich their knowledge and establish a shared learning experience is another facet of T&P tasks. They value industrial relations and wish to uphold the same.

The training and Placement department organizes sustained training programs for the Final & pre-final year students to prepare them for campus recruitment programs. Placement Cell is always eager to lend its support and advice to students at the Institute, to help them to make up their minds regarding their future choices.
